A brief technical assessment is usually enough to determine the most suitable first step.

Can the platform work with our existing sensors, PLCs or SCADA system?

Yes. Existing infrastructure is reviewed first. Where technically suitable, current sensors, PLCs, automation systems, databases and software are integrated instead of replaced. New hardware is added only where needed.

Do we need to start with a full-facility rollout?

No. A focused pilot can validate communication, measurement quality, alarms, user workflows and business value on selected rooms or machines before expansion.

Can the system run on our own servers?

Yes. Cloud, on-premise and hybrid deployment models can be evaluated according to corporate security, connectivity, data retention and maintenance policies.

Can you develop custom electronics and embedded software?

Yes. Innolife can develop custom sensor interfaces, electronic boards, gateways, industrial I/O, enclosures and embedded firmware when standard products do not meet the field requirement.

How is the project scope defined?

The process starts with the operational problem, data sources, existing systems, alarm scenarios, user roles and reporting needs. A technical architecture and phased implementation scope are then prepared.

What can be included in a complimentary mini demo?
